Q1: Are your fishing jigs and hooks saltwater resistant?
A: Yes. All LUREGO metal jigs, assist hooks, treble hooks and terminal tackles are made of high-carbon steel with anti-corrosion coating, specially designed for saltwater offshore, deep sea and boat fishing. They effectively resist seawater erosion and extend service life.

Q2: Do your lures have glow and UV protection function?
A: Most of our sea fishing jigs adopt luminous ink coating and UV protection paint. The glow-in-the-dark effect works perfectly for night fishing and deep-water fishing, while the UV coating prevents color fading under strong sunlight.

Q3: Are the product sizes and weights accurate?
A: All weights (20g–500g) and hook sizes are strictly machine-calibrated before packaging. Minor manual tolerance within 5% is normal and does not affect fishing performance.

Q4: What fish species are your lures suitable for?
A: Our jig lures and hook rigs work for most saltwater game fish, including tuna, amberjack, grouper, snapper, mackerel and ribbonfish. Different sinking speeds and swimming actions cover shallow water, offshore and ultra-deep sea scenarios.

Q5: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We support PayPal, credit card, debit card and international wire transfer. For bulk wholesale orders, we also accept bank transfer and LC payment.

Q6: Do you support retail and small batch orders?
A: Yes. We support both retail for individual anglers and small/medium wholesale for fishing stores, distributors and resellers. No high MOQ for most items.

Q7: Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?
A: Orders can be modified or canceled before shipment. Once shipped, changes or cancellation are not allowed.

A: We ship worldwide, including Australia, USA, Europe, Southeast Asia and Oceania. All packages are professionally packed with anti-collision and moisture-proof materials.

Q9: How long is the delivery time?
A: Standard shipping takes 7–15 working days. Express shipping takes 3–7 working days. Delivery time varies according to local customs and logistics conditions.

Q10: How can I track my order?
A: After shipment, we will send you a tracking number and official tracking link via email. You can check real-time logistics status online anytime.

Q11: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we provide free shipping for orders reaching a certain amount in specific regions. You can check the free shipping threshold on our checkout page.

4. Return & After-Sales Policy

Q12: What is your return policy?
A: We support 30-day returns and exchanges for non-artificial damage. If you receive defective, wrong or damaged products, we provide free replacement or full refund.

Q13: What should I do if the product is damaged on arrival?
A: Please take photos or videos of the damaged package and products within 48 hours after receiving goods. We will verify and arrange replacement or compensation immediately.

Q14: Do your products have warranty service?
A: All fishing tackles enjoy long-term after-sales support. For quality problems caused by production process, we provide free repair or replacement service.

A: Yes. We support custom logo printing, exclusive color matching, personalized packaging and OEM/ODM service for fishing lures and hook rigs.

Q17: Can you provide product pictures and videos for resale?

Q18: What is the difference between slow pitch jig and fast sinking jig?
A: Slow pitch jigs feature irregular falling action to attract cautious bottom fish. Fast sinking jigs adopt streamline design for ultra-deep water and fast jigging for tuna and large pelagic fish.

Q19: How to choose the right jig weight and hook size?
A: Shallow water (20–60g), medium water (80–150g), deep sea (200–500g). We also provide size suggestions on each product detail page for different fishing scenes.

Q20: Are your assist hooks and stinger rigs easy to install?
A: All pre-tied assist hooks and wire stinger rigs are fully assembled. Anglers can directly connect with jigs or soft lures without self-tying, saving time and improving fishing efficiency.
