RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. General Right of Return

We offer a thirty (30) day return period from the date of delivery. To exercise this right, the customer must submit a return request within the aforementioned period.

2. Conditions for Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must remain in the same condition as originally received: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. The customer must also provide the original receipt or other valid proof of purchase.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, the customer shall contact us at: topjigging@outlook.com. Upon approval, the customer will be provided with a return shipping label and instructions regarding the shipping address and method.

Any item returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

The customer is obligated to inspect all items promptly upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or does not match the ordered product, the customer must contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or a full refund.

5. Non‑Returnable Items

The following categories of items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (including but not limited to food, flowers, and plants);

  • Custom or personalized products;

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products);

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases;

  • Sale items; and

  • Gift cards.

For any questions regarding the return eligibility of a specific item, the customer is encouraged to contact us prior to purchase.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest method to obtain a different item is to return the original item in accordance with this policy and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the desired item.

7. EU Cooling‑Off Period (14 Days)

Notwithstanding the foregoing, for any merchandise shipped into the European Union, the customer has the right to cancel or return the order within fourteen (14) days, for any reason and without providing justification. The same condition requirements set forth in Section 2 above shall apply.

8. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify the customer whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method within ten (10) business days. The customer acknowledges that their bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than fifteen (15) business days have elapsed since the refund was approved and the customer has not received the funds, the customer should contact us at topjigging@outlook.com.
